LIFEcycle Community Fitness

LIFEcycle is collaborating with The Forge: Personal Training Studio and Compete to Complete Endurance Coaching to provide a dynamic and fun strength and fitness program to members of the community.

The goal behind this program is to help improve the health of the people of Rhode Island by offering an approachable, adaptable training program that people can quickly learn and fit into their schedules. Improved fitness is a terrific form of preventive healthcare.

The program will primarily be offered through partnerships at organizations throughout the state, with the occasional “open clinic.” If you are interested in bringing the LIFEcycle Community Fitness program to your business, school, charity or other group, please Contact Us.
